2021/22 Birthdates
Lollipop soccer is aimed to be an introductory soccer experience for our youngest players. Games are played against other WOAC lollipop teams and are managed by the coaches (no formal officiating or standings are kept for the league)

*NEW BIRTH YEAR DIVISION CHANGES FALL 2026* While most of our divisions play in NW Cincy SAY district which operates by birth year, our kicker divisions and occasionally striker divisions will play in the SAY North Cincinnati district due to league team numbers. SAY North has switched to a "school year" division calender versus a birth year calender. Some players may need to be shifted from one division to another depending on what district the division plays in*
SAY Soccer is a recreational league with a focus on providing instruction and training for players in a fun, semi-competitive environment. No prior soccer experience is required and league rules require that all players play a minimum of a half of each game. WOAC Soccer is part of the NW Cincy SAY district, and typically will compete against other local clubs (typically within a 15-20 minute driving distance).
WOAC Soccer fees are all inclusive - unlike many other SAY clubs we do not charge an additional fee for uniforms! In fact, you can receive a discount for reusing your green jersey/socks from a previous season!
Fall SAY Soccer Season Info:
The fall SAY Season consists of a 10 regular season games beginning in late August, running through October.
Fall games will typically fall on Saturdays for both Lollipop and SAY Divisions
2-3 weeknight games for SAY divisions (possibly more depending on rainouts)
NO games Labor Day Weekend
NW SAY Area Tournament -End of October
OHIO SAY State Tournament. - Mid Nov.
Teams will be formed late July / early August. Please note that lollipop players can put in coach teammate requests. For our SAY recreational teams, we follow SAY team drafting rules.
Practices begin by mid-August
Practices are weeknights at the discretion of the coach - typically 1-2 nights a week, Mon-Thurs
We cannot share/guarantee practice night for your child until teams/coaches are assigned in August
WOAC Soccer is always looking for volunteer head coaches and assistants. No experience necessary!
