Fall Soccer Signup Dates/Fees Download and print a current signup form here Lollipop 8/1/03 – 7/31/04 $25 Passer Prep 8/1/02 – 7/31/03 $30 SAY (1-12 grade) 8/1/89 – 7/31/02 $35 $50 annual membership for those not playing spring sports. Personal checks should made payable to WOAC. Late fees will be charged after the last scheduled signup date. Introducing our new Passers Prep Instructional League for 2nd year instructional players who are ready for more competition, a larger field, and an introduction to the rules of the game. The games will be played on a Passers size field in a 7v7 format with goalies and a referee. Coaches are on the field with the kids still to help them along. This new league was created as a transitional league for the older instructional players who are ready for more but aren’t old enough to play official SAY soccer. This spring was the first for this new league and it’s having great success!’
