You can sign up at our fall soccer signups by mailing your form and late fees directly to WOAC  PO BOX 53415  CINTI  OH 45253.  Make checks payable directly to WOAC .  A late fee ($10)  is assessed after the May 15 signup date. 

2008 Fall Soccer Signup Fees

 Lollipop          (8/1/03-7/31/04) -$25
Passer Prep     (8/1/02-7/31/03) - $30
    SAY             (1 - 12 grade) ---  $35
 

Annual family membership = $50
(if not paid for baseball/softball/t-ball/spring soccer) Sports fees are subject to change before signups.
